Sometimes Reiki is what you need. Other times, you want the energy work but there’s also something you want to understand, ask about or spend a little more time with.

Reiki in the Records gives us room for both.

Your Akashic Records stay open while I give you Reiki, so you can receive the energy work while we also have access to whatever comes through in the Records.

What Makes Reiki in the Records Different?

With a regular Reiki session, the focus is mostly on receiving the energy work. In Reiki in the Records, your Akashic Records stay open throughout the session too.

That means we can follow what comes up while you're receiving Reiki. You can bring questions with you, ask about something as it comes up or simply rest for parts of the session and see what comes through.

You don't have to choose between having a Reiki session and spending time exploring something in your Records. There's room for both.

What a Session Is Like

We’ll start by talking about what’s been going on and anything you’d like to ask about while we’re in your Records.

Once you’re comfortable, you’ll lie down fully clothed and I’ll open your Records and begin Reiki.

From there, we can talk about what comes through and you can ask questions along the way. There will also be time when you can close your eyes, relax and receive the Reiki without needing to talk.

Just like a regular Reiki session, you might notice warmth, tingling, emotions coming up or that you feel deeply relaxed. You might not notice much physically at all. There isn’t a particular way you’re supposed to experience it.

Before you leave, we’ll talk about anything else that came up or anything you want to come back to.

Is This the Right Session for Me?

Reiki in the Records can be a good fit when you want Reiki, but you also have questions or something you’d like to explore in the Records.

If you mostly want to lie down, relax and receive Reiki, Intuitive Reiki may be the better fit. If you have questions and want to spend your session talking through what comes through, an Akashic Records reading may make more sense.

Choose Reiki in the Records when you want both: Reiki while your Records are open, with room to ask questions and explore what comes through.

How to Prepare for Your Session

You don’t need to do much before you come.

If there’s something you want to explore in the Records, bring your questions with you. They don’t need to be perfectly worded, and you can always ask more as we go.

You’re welcome to record the session on your phone if you’d like to listen to it again later.

Reiki in the Records is a 75-minute session offered in person in Calgary.
